WILDLIFERESCUE

Fairhaven Healing is passionate about helping wildlife which is why our owner Heather does wildlife capture and tranport and is permitted to capture and transport injured and orphaned wildlife in the state of Pennsylvania. Heather services Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, York, and Adams counties and is a proud member of Wildlife In Need. Why we do try to help every person that reaches out to us about an injured or orphaned animal, we can't always take every call which is where Wildlife In Need comes in. Wildlife In Need is a non-profit volunteer organization that helps capture and transport injured and orphaned wildlife all across the state of Pennsylvania. They are a team of dedicated volunteers who have the training and knowledge to handle wildlife and get them the help they need. If you come across an injured or orphaned wild animal you can contact them directly at 814-414-4224.

You can also take the injured or orphaned animal directly to a wildlife rehabilitation center yourself. Links for the wildlife rehabiltation centers that service Central Pennsylvania are also listed below (click on the image and it will take you directly to that organization's website).

Please feel free to contact Fairhaven Healing with any wildlife questions you may have and we will try to help you the best that we can. Thank you for caring for the wild ones!

**Please note that Heather and the rest of the Wildlife In Need Volunteers are not permitted to capture venemous snakes, bears, and full grown adult deer.
