Reiki Self-Care Focus with Heather

Join Heather from Fairhaven Healing in the salt cave at Zen & Now Wellness for an evening of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the therapeutic benefits of Halotherapy while basking in the tranquil atmosphere of the salt cave. To enhance your expierence Heather will provide individual Reiki sessions to each person in attendance, as well as to the group as a whole. The combination of Halotherapy and Reiki is great to create balance and harmony within yourself.

Monarch Butterfly Class for Children
When: Thursday, June 27, 2024
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Where: Fredrickson Library, 100 North 9th Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011
Learn about the importance of Monarch Butterflies and their habitats. Registrants will also create their own Monarch habitat and take home a Monarch Caterpillar to raise. Recommended ages 8 – 12.

Saving the Monarchs Class

Come spend an evening learning all about the endangered Monarch Butterfly at Hidden Springs Integrative Health. In this class you will learn all about the life cycle of the Monarch Butterfly, why they are so important, why they are in trouble, and what we can all do to help them. This event is being hosted by Hidden Springs Integrative Health which is located on a beauitful farm in Middletown, PA.

Join Heather at Hidden Springs Integrative Health for an afternoon learning all about raising Monarch Butterflies! Heather has years of experience hand-rearing this amazing insects and has released over 100 Monarchs back into the wild. In this class she will share her knowledge and teach you how to raise these endangered insects all the way from their egg stage to their butterfly stage. You do not want to miss this class!!
Monarch rearing kits will be available for pre0rder and can be picked up at the class. The cost is $60.00 per kit.
